Our quality control mainly devied into three steps.Before manufacture the parts will be test.such as the mental stainless part will be pick some samples keep in wet for couple days,if any rust occured,the parts will be reject.the ABS parts will be checked before and after chorme,this mainly pick the scratch ,flash,air bubble.While mass pruduct,the first piece will conformed by our QC.is everything in right condition or not,can it match custermer's specical requirement or not.after comfirm each one will be take a function test at a certain water pressure.the water shape, leak .jiont flexible ect's.After manufacture,at the end of product line ,each one will be dry,check the surface scratch,flash,silkscreen clean or not.then packing and stored in our warehouse.After product ,at the end of product line ,every piece will beche
